Welcome to the Campaign Clubhouse!Dear Employee Campaign Coordinator, It is our honor to work with you and other dedicated campaign coordinators across Central Indiana to support United Way’s effort to help people here in our community who are in need. You are one of our community’s heroes! We cannot thank you enough for your commitment to United Way’s mission: to help people learn more, earn more and lead safe and healthy lives. Working together on this community campaign, we can help to ensure children have the chance to achieve their goals in school and beyond, we can help low-income working families achieve financial stability and independence, and we can help improve the health and safety of our neighbors. It’s our time, now, to help lead the charge for community change. United Way can make these goals a reality and improve the community where we all work and live. As the leader of your own company’s United Way campaign, you understand the impact that recruiting an effective team will have on your success. It takes varied skills, energy and time to plan and coordinate a successful LIVE UNITED campaign. To help your talented team, we are providing a variety of tools and resources to support you. Many are in this toolkit. Others will be shared at workshops, in consultation with your United Way associate, and with each other over the next several months. Please take full advantage of these opportunities. We realize a challenge this big, complex and important is not a solo act. We need each other. We want to assure you we are here for you and look forward to helping you achieve great success in this year’s employee campaign. Please know your work in leading your employee-giving campaign is deeply appreciated and respected in our community.
