United Way of Central Indiana - Addressing Today's Needs. Reducing Tomorrow's.

Welcome to "1-2-3 Campaign" HQ

RJE business interiors has been a United Way supporter for a long time. We’re not one of the big guys, but we can still make a BIG difference. And so can you. United Way developed this 3-step
process for businesses like yours. You’re working hard in a tough economy. Resources are limited, and you can’t afford to waste any time. Still, maybe you want to share a little optimism with your employees and show them how they can give back to the community?

People like to work for companies that give back.
I know my employees do. Building morale while doing good? That’s about as far from wasting time as it gets. Join me in the LIVE UNITED movement. It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

1-2-3 Campaigns are fast, easy and (best of all) help the community

STEP 1 – Share the LIVE UNITED message

STEP 2 – Choose a way to pledge

  • Your co-workers can donate online at www.LiveUnitedGiveUnited.org. Just remind them to include your company's name along with their own contact information. (We want to make sure to recognize your company's success!)
  • If you're sticking with all print materials (or simply have someone who wants to mail in their donation), just print out this pledge form.
  • Consider incentives, like jeans days or early dismissal, for hitting a goal for dollars raised or % participation. Find more ideas here.
  • You can also take a less tradional approach, based on fundraising events and activities, as opposed to pledge forms. Click here for ideas.

STEP 3 – Thank your co-workers

  • It's important to say thanks. And you deserve to celebrate your success!
  • Acknowledge your co-workers' generosity – with cards, notes, voicemails, Web site, Intranet, e-mails, balloons, etc.
  • Here's a sample thank you note that might help. And here's a thank you flier you can post around the office.
