United Way Selects 27 High School Students for 2019 Youth Leadership United
Students from Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Marion and Morgan County will participate in United Way Program to grow nonprofit knowledge and leadership skills INDIANAPOLIS – On Saturday, January 26, twenty-seven civic-minded Central Indiana high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors, gathered to kick off the 2019 Youth Leadership United program. Youth Leadership United teaches high school students about the nonprofit sector and how to serve on boards and committees, expanding their community leadership opportunities. Each year, students are selected through a competitive application process.
