Indy Free Tax PrepIndy Free Tax Prep

Volunteers are an essential part of Indy Free Tax Prep. The number of trained and dedicated volunteers directly affects the number of residents who can be served. Build your resume by gaining a valuable and marketable skill, expand your knowledge of federal tax return procedures and serve local citizens and help stimulate the local economy.

ReadUPReadUP volunteer

ReadUP connects volunteers with local schools, where they read to two students for 30 minutes every week, helping kids get on track – and stay on track – with grade-level literacy. We know that children who read at or above grade-level are more likely to succeed in school and in life.
