Indy Mini with a Meaning

Run miles, change lives.

More than 244,000 households in Central Indiana are living in, or one emergency away from, poverty.

Make a difference beyond the finish line.

Experience the thrill of the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon on May 4 and join our United Way Indy Mini with a Meaning team.

This race is a must-do event for participants of all levels and abilities. Take part in this iconic half-marathon that starts in downtown Indy and includes a 2.5-mile lap around the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway. As a tradition, participants even get to kiss the bricks at the renowned Yard of Bricks on the oval track!

Fight poverty to the finish.

By joining our Indy Mini with a Meaning team, you'll help us raise money to support our basic needs initiatives. At a discounted price you can elect to run the mini marathon or the 5K. Whether you're an avid runner or someone who likes to take their time, participation is everything.

We believe every person in our community should have access to the stabilizing basic needs of safe housing, nutritious food, reliable transportation and quality health care.

Click the button above to sign up on the mini-marathon site. Once you fill out the form and pay your registration fee, a United Way team member will contact you to set up your United Way fundraising page.
