Whether you want to refine an existing logic model, or develop a new program, this workshop is for you!

Do you feel overwhelmed every time you’re asked to create a logic model? We get it. In this workshop, Jodi Snell and Hannah Gooding with Hedges and Associates will take you through the logic model process step-by-step, helping you transform your logic models from burdens into best friends.

With more than 15 years of combined program management and design experience, Jodi and Hannah will guide participants through a highly interactive session focused on the process for creating a logic model and the benefits of that process.

You will learn the fundamental principles of program strategy and design, better understand the connection between a logic model and measuring your impact, and use the logic model process to analyze and apply the four elements of highly effective programs at your organization. You’ll leave more in love with the logic model, more aware of your programmatic strategy, and more equipped to measure and articulate your organization’s impact.

This workshop is ideal for nonprofit executive directors, program directors, and development/fundraising directors.
