Sammie and Lulu persevered through extremely difficult times. Their father was out of the picture and their mother struggled to maintain a stable home. When their grandmother Kimberly took custody, one of the first things she did was take them to the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville, a United Way of Central Indiana partner agency. Kimberly had grown up in the club herself and knew they would provide exactly what the girls needed to overcome the trauma of their past and build a bright future.
The Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville is dedicated to inspiring and enabling all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens by promoting leadership, character, health and physical development. The staff are truly dedicated to serving the needs of the 300+ children who walk through the doors every day. With their brand new facility, which opened in January of 2018, they’re able to expand programming and welcome even more children to the Club.
