United Way of Central Indiana welcomes Aaron Gore as director area northwest

Gore will lead strategic efforts to engage residents of Boone County with United Way

Aaron Gore has joined United Way of Central Indiana (UWCI) as the director area northwest where he will lead strategic efforts and activities to further engage residents of Boone County with United Way initiatives. In his new role, Gore will serve as a liaison to UWCI partner agencies in the northwest area, manage volunteer activities and collaborate with community leaders to address the area’s greatest needs.
Prior to joining United Way, Gore spent more than 20 years in executive management, and most recently served as the senior vice president of client services at Teleservice Direct in Indianapolis. He looks forward to his new leadership role with United Way where he will have the opportunity to utilize his management skills and customer-centric approach in an effort to strengthen the community.
“I’m very excited to serve this community as the new United Way area northwest director,” said Gore. “We are well-positioned in Boone County with excellent agencies and community support, but there is still opportunity to help more neighbors in need. I look forward to working with our residents and community partners to enhance this area through United Way efforts.”
Gore is actively involved in his church and gives back to his community through volunteering with Kairos of Indiana and Habitat for Humanity. He and his two daughters have been residents of Zionsville, Indiana for 12 years.
