St. Vincent and United Way Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement to Drive Lasting Community Impact
St. Vincent CEO Jonathan Nalli and United Way of Central Indiana President and CEO Ann Murtlow sign strategic partnership agreement at the United Way Board Retreat INDIANAPOLIS, IN – This morning, the United Way of Central Indiana Board of Directors kicked off their annual retreat with a ceremonial signing of a new strategic partnership agreement with St. Vincent Health, Inc. The strategic partnership will benefit the communities where both United Way and St. Vincent are located through workplace campaigns and other philanthropic programs. United Way President and CEO Ann D. Murtlow and St. Vincent CEO Jonathan Nalli signed the agreement in United Way’s headquarters located at 2955 North Meridian Street. St. Vincent has been a longstanding supporter and partner of United Way. The nonprofit hospital has been recognized by United Way of Central Indiana with the “Company That Cares” award as well as the prestigious “Spirit United” award in 2011. The Strategic Partnership Agreement between United Way and St. Vincent was established to further both organizations’ ability to make measurable progress in their respective communities, by providing exceptional value to corporate partners and to United Ways around the state. The partnership includes the following commitments:
- Align on community impact opportunities that further the community priorities of St. Vincent and United Way.
- Drive greater focus on meaningful year-round employee engagement to strengthen both community impact and philanthropic spirit.
- Identify best practices for associate volunteer activities across markets, and enhancing donor experience.
