United Way Selects 30 High School Students for 2018 Youth Leadership United

Students from Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Marion and Morgan County will participate in United Way Program to grow nonprofit knowledge and leadership skills INDIANAPOLIS – On Saturday, January 6, thirty Central Indiana high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors, gathered for the Youth Leadership United opening retreat to kick off this year’s program. Youth Leadership United teaches high school students about the nonprofit sector and how to serve on boards and committees, expanding their community leadership opportunities. Each year, students are selected through a competitive application process. The 2018 class includes the following students:
