Advocates of diversity from all backgrounds, cultures, though processes and beliefs come together in the Diversity Leadership Circle, also known as DLC, to fight for all Central Indiana residents. Diversity Leadership Circle is exclusive to those who give an undesignated gift of $1,000 or more annually to United Way of Central Indiana.
