United Way of Central Indiana has proudly announced the six winners of this year’s ELEVATE Awards, celebrating the region’s most impactful young philanthropists.
The winners were chosen by a panel of seven judges and revealed during the ELEVATE event at THE LUME, located inside the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields.
Now in its seventh year, ELEVATE honors individuals aged 21 to 40 who are dedicated advocates, leaders, nonprofit employees and volunteers. The event also serves as a fundraiser to support United Way's basic needs initiatives, which provide vital resources like food, housing, transportation and healthcare access to Hoosiers in need.
This year’s event raised over $62,000 and was presented by Old National Bank.
Nearly 100 people were nominated for ELEVATE, and an external committee composed of volunteers from the community selected 25 finalists.
