  • How do you continually engage board members in the work and in the day-to-day meetings?

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Kim Donahue is a champion facilitator, relationship builder and catalyst for change. She specializes in peer group coaching, focus group facilitation and staff and board of directors training.

Over her 30+ years in the nonprofit sector, Kim has facilitated more than 1,000 workshops and planning sessions for nonprofit organizations including sessions on board development, grant writing, program outcomes, and leadership skills for board and staff. She has facilitated more than 240 peer group meetings for executive directors/CEOs of United Way agencies.
