Amanda Lopez is President and founder of Transform Consulting Group, an Indiana-based strategic and data-driven consulting firm focused on serving government, nonprofit, education and communities. Founded in 2008, Transform Consulting Group has helped non-profit organizations and government agencies across the nation with research, data analysis, program development and evaluation, fundraising, and strategic planning to accelerate their impact.
Kate Bathon Shufeldt founded Thrive Nonprofit Solutions, LLC in 2016 after working in nonprofit, for-profit, and governmental agencies in Indiana, Missouri, Michigan, and Arkansas. She started Thrive to help organizations improve the vital services being utilized by those most in need. Thrive focuses on providing quality program planning and evaluation services to ensure organizations are utilizing their precious resources to make the greatest impact on their community.
Santina Sullivan has extensive research experience on a local and national level. She served as consultant to Corporate Citizens Measurement, a two-year project to determine how to measure the impact of strategic philanthropy for the Council on Foundations and 16 Global Fortune 500 companies. She has conducted national studies on such varying topics as the key features of refuse trucks to chemical fire suppressant attributes. She has interviewed elderly grandparents on child seat safety and dropouts on their reasons for leaving school. She has spoken with low income parents on their aspirations for their children and conducted middle school and high school student focus groups to research mentoring program best practices.
